FORTitude for Parents Support Group

We are excited to announce our first monthly support groups for parents. This 60 minute support group for parents of teens with mental health struggles will be facilitated by a qualified mental health professional. Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to share challenges, successes and resources and connect with other parents in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Because parents, too, need connectedness and support to help their teens build resilience for suicide prevention.

Please note this is not a therapy group.
