A safe space for teens to connect, share stories and encouragement and find that they are not alone.
This session will focus on anxiety and current stressors teens face including academics, relationships, and social media; stress from the last few years; and the unique challenges of living in Loudoun.

Make sure your teen knows how and where to find mental health support
Teens are struggling emotionally and these problems won’t just magically go away when they go away to college. The transition is a huge adjustment that can take its toll on a teen’s mental health. Make sure your teens have the tools to support themselves emotionally and know how to find mental health support.

60 minute support group for parents of teens with mental health struggles facilitated by a mental health professional. Share challenges, successes and resources and connect with parents in a safe, nonjudgemental space.
Because parents need connectedness and support too.
