Being a Teen Ambassador - An Experience That Changed Me
Inspired by a desire to make a positive impact but unsure where to start, I found direction through the Ryan Bartel Foundation Teen Ambassador Program. This experience transformed my understanding of mental health, taught me how to support others, and empowered me to challenge harmful stereotypes. Most importantly, it showed me that anyone can be a force for positive change regardless of background.
